DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER PICK-UP SCHEDULING

If you do not schedule a home delivery date or a pick-up date at the time of purchase, your merchandise will not be ordered into our distribution center.  You will need to contact a Customer Coordinator, in advance, as defined below in our "PRICE GUARANTEE PLAN".  After scheduling a date for delivery, you will receive an automated call 2 days prior to your delivery with the estimated time window.

PRICE GUARANTEE PLAN

We guarantee your price, with no carrying charges, for one year after you've made your selection, even if our price should increase.  A 25% deposit and monthly payments are required.  You must contact your Customer Coordinator at least 8 weeks prior to the time you need your merchandise or 16 weeks prior if you have selected an imported product (see your sales associate for details).  Failure to contact us in advance may result in your merchandise not being available when you want it.  SPECIAL ORDER merchandise is not available in our PRICE GUARANTEE PLAN.  In the event your product has been discontinued, we will refund your money or you may reselect.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We require 25% deposit on all special orders.  We will do everything in our power to get your furniture here as soon as possible.  We will not be responsible for unanticipated delays by the factory, strikes, Acts of God, or freight companies.  Any projections on delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.  SPECIAL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM MADE FOR YOU AND ARE NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Special Orders are limited to warranty service only.

RETURN POLICY

All returns or exchanges must be done within the first (7) seven days of receipt of goods.  Furniture must be in "like-new" condition and returned within 7 days.  Consumer is responsible for all transportation of goods.  This policy does not apply to Special-Order merchandise,  "As-Is" merchandise, Clearance merchandise, floor models, or bedding.  All returns are subject to management approval.

CHECK PROCESSING

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us, at our discretion, either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.  FOR INQUIRIES PLEASE CALL 1-605-336-5000.

SERVICE POLICIES

All claims for damage, including concealed damage, must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.  We warrant merchandise to be free from manufacturers' defects for a period of one year from date of receipt.  This warranty does not apply to "AS IS" or "CLEARANCE" merchandise, or conditions of ordinary wear, soiling and damage resulting from negligence, accidents, improper or commercial use or fading, pilling, and pets.  We will honor all manufacturers' stated warranties.  Service claims after 7 days in your home are limited to repair only.  Warranty claims and repairs do not include transportation costs.  It is the customer's responsibility for transportation and/or charges.  Fabric protection cannot be returned or refunded after it has been applied.  Delivery charges are non-refundable after receipt of your merchandise.
